RingtoneFeeder!

RingtoneFeeder? what is RingtoneFeeder? Well, Ringtone Feeder is exactly as it sounds, a feed of ringtones delivered to iTunes for use on your iPhone! "RingtoneFeeder is a weekly automated delivery of original ringtones exclusively produced and optimized to sound great on the iPhone." RingtoneFeeder is a subscription based service costing $1.98 a month.  For that you get the last 10 ringtones created by artist Geoff Smith and 2 new ringtones every week. And let me tell you, these are very high quality ringtones for your iPhone. no wimpy ringtones here! The earlier you subscribe to the service the bigger and more unique your collection will be, which is really cool! Once a ringtone has been released it will not appear in the weekly updates again. if you own an iPhone and want to give RingtoneFeeder a try, they have a trial subscription which will give you instant access to their introduction feed and try the delivery process. Being subscribed to the free feed in iTunes will give you a few iPhone ringtone samples as well as a video demo and occasionally a fresh tone or video. If you like it, become a paying subscriber for only $1.98 a month or $19.98 a year and receive 2 great ringtones a week and other specials just for paying subscribers. Check it out at www.ringtonefeeder.com

Power Factor and Precision Training podcast

I know we mainly talk about computer and tech or even comic related stuff in most our post.

Today I want to talk about a subject that still in the tech realm, involving exercise or better said scientific designed workouts.

A very thought provoking website and podcast on using technology and science to find the perfect designed workout.
Give this site and especially the podcasts a try ,you can find them at links below.
At the very least you learn the absolute science of how to produce natural muscle even if your not into exercise or workouts.
